Hello. I went to the museum. I saw Johannes Vermeer's works.
His works are very fantastic. "The Milkmaid" is one of my favorite pictures.
The milk in the picture looks delisious. I want to see the Johannes Vermeer's exibition agein.
Hi Naoto, Which museum did you visit? Could you give us its name? "The Milkmaid" is a very famous painting, isn't it? I didn't know the artist's name, though. Thanks for the info!
I love Vermeer. His paintings feel so alive. What a great way to spend a Golden Week day. My name is Kevin and I'm an English teacher in Osaka. I think your class blog is fantastic. Keep it up.
Hi, Naoto, I am a huge fan of Vemeer, as well! I love his piece "The Milkmaid", and also "Girl with a Pearl Earring". There was a movie made in 2003 about Vermeer and his painting of "Girl with a Pearl Earring. You might enjoy that movie. My name is Denise Farrell and I am an ESL teacher in Malibu/Los Angeles, California. I have worked with Tokyo University students here on home-stay English language studies before and I like the work very much. Enjoy your class, and keep blogging! It is a great idea and a great to practice written conversation. Your teacher is a contact of mine on my LinkedIn site! Best regards, Denise Farrell
