プレーン蒸しケーキ


INGREDIENT:
egg 1
suger 50g
honey 2tablespoons
milk 150ml
salad oil 4tablespoons
pancake mix 200g


HOW TO MAKE
1.Pour water in a pan to about 2cm, put in a steamer turn on heat.
鍋に水を2cmぐらい入れ、スチーマーを入れて火にかける

2.Beat an an egg, then add sugar, honey, milk and salad oil and mix them in the bowl.
ボウルに卵を割りほぐし、砂糖を加え混ぜ、ハチミツ、牛乳、サラダ油を加えて混ぜる。

3.Put (2) in blender and mix well.
(2)にホットケーキミックスを加え、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜ合わせる。

4.Pour (3) in aluminum cups (or heat resistant ceramic) for about 7 minutes.
(3)をアルミカップ(もしくは耐熱の陶器など)の7分目まで流し入れる。

5.Put it in a steaming pot, cover, and steam for 12-13 minutes.
沸騰して蒸気が上がった鍋に入れ、蓋をして12〜13分蒸す。

グラマーレシピ

Crepe
Ingredients
soft flour 80g
melted butter 50g
salad oil as appropriate
plain yogurt 100ml
flesh cream 3 tablespoonr
orange marmalade add to taste
A(2 eggs. 30g sugar. 100ml milk)

How to make
1.Put(A)in a bowl,mix with a blender,add melted butter and mix well.
Sprinkle with soft flour and mix well.

2.Heat frying pan at medium heat,put in a little salad oil and pour 1/5 of (1).
Turn down to low heat.
Make butter flat.
If you pour in too much butter,pour it back into the bowl.
3.Turn over butter when you see little bubbles.

4.When it starts to get dry,turn it up side down quickly with long chopsticks.
Make 4 more crepes.

5.Mix plain yogurt and fresh cream to make sauce.

6.Ford(4)and put in a plate,serve with sauce of (5) and orange marmalade.

材 料★無塩バター 130g
    砂糖 40g
    卵黄 1個分
    薄力粉 200g
    粉ゼラチン 小さじ2
    クリームチーズ 200g
    イチゴ 10個
    ブルーベリー 1/2カップ
    砂糖 適量
    A(グラニュー糖 60g、サワークリーム 50g、レモン汁 大さじ1、キルシュ 小さじ2)

作り方★1. バター、クリームチーズはそれぞれ、室温に戻して柔らかくしておく。
  2. 薄力粉はふるっておく。卵黄は溶きほぐしておく。イチゴはヘタをとって半分に切っておく。
      3. 粉ゼラチンは、水大さじ1(分量外)に振り入れ、水を吸わせて全体をしっとりとした状態にしておく。
      4.(A)を混ぜ合わせておく。オーブンを180℃に予熱しておく。
  5. ボウルに室温に戻したバター、砂糖を入れる。泡立て器で、砂糖のザラザラ感がなくなりクリーム状になるまですり混ぜて、タルト生地を作る。
  6.(5)に卵黄を加えてよく混ぜ、薄力粉を加え、ゴムべらで粉っぽさがなくなるまで、ゆっくりと混ぜ合わせる。
      7. そぼろ状になったら手で押すようにしてひとまとめにし、ラップに包んで冷蔵庫で1時間程、寝かせる。
      8.(7)を麺棒で型よりもひと回り大きく、2〜3mm厚さにのばし、しっかりと押さえなが ら型に敷き詰める。
      9. フォークで生地全体に穴をあけ、クッキングシートを敷き、上から重石を入れて180℃に温めたオーブンで20分程焼く。
      10. 室温に戻して柔らかくしておいたクリームチーズを、(A)に加え混ぜて、クリームを作る。
      11. ふやかしておいたゼラチンを湯せんにかけて溶かし、(10)に加え混ぜる。
      12. 1cmの丸い口金をつけた絞り袋に(11)のクリームを入れて、(9)の焼けたタルトに絞り出す。
      13. 半分に切ったイチゴ、ブルーベリーを並べて粉砂糖をふるう。

CREAM CARAMEL

Ingredients

240 ml milk
1/2 vanilla pod
60cc cream
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
50g sugar
sliced strawberry, to garnish
mint spring, to garnish
for caramel
75g sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 150 C.
Place the milk and vanilla pod in pan and bring
to the boil over a low heat.
Remove form the heat and leave to infuse for 15
minutes.
Stir in the cream.
2. Beat the eggs, egg yolk and caster sugar together in
a bowl.
Remove the vanilla pod from the milk, and add the
milk to the beaten eggs and sugar.
3. Make the caramel: Place the sugar and 3 tbls water
in a heavy- based pan over a low heat, stirring until
the sugar has dissolved.
Then increase the heat and boil rapidly, without
stirring, until turns to a dark golden caramel.
Pour in the caramel to heatproof cups.
Leave until cold.
4. Pour the milk mixture through a sieve into a jag,
then pour into the caramel- coated cup.
Stand in a baking tin with hot water coming halfway up
the side.
5. Bake in the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until set.
Lift the cups out of baking.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
To unmould, place a serving plate over the top of the
cup, then invert the cup onto the plate and remover the
crème caramel.
Garnish with the sliced strawberry and mint spring.

生クリームを入れ、かき混ぜる。
2. ボールに卵と、卵黄と砂糖を入れ混ぜる。
牛乳からバニラのさやを取り出し、牛乳を卵液のボールに加える。
3. キャラメルをつくる。:砂糖に大匙3の水を加え、底の厚い鍋で
弱火にかけ、砂糖が溶けるまでかき混ぜる。
火を急速に強めて、混ぜずに色が黄金色になるようにする。
カラメルを耐熱のカップに入れ、冷ます。
4. 3を網で漉しながら、手つきの注ぎやすい容器に入れる。
その後カラメルを敷きつめたカップに注ぐ。
天板に置き、熱湯を天板の半分の高さぐらいに注ぐ。
5. 30〜35分焼いて、固まらせる。
カップを取り出し、冷ましてから冷蔵庫で2時間食べる前に
冷やす。
カップから取り出すとき、カップの上に皿を乗せてから皿に
プリンを移すようにする。
苺のスライスとミントを飾る。

材料
4 cups mashed potatoes マッシュポテト4カップ
2 eggs 卵2個
2 tablespoons dried parsley パセリ大さじ2

2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits ベーコン2枚
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes  玉ねぎ剥片大さじ2
1 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs パン粉1カップ
1 quart vegetable oil for deep frying 植物油1/4


作り方
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper, bacon bits and onion flakes.
Form mixture into patties, and dredge patties in the breadcrumbs.
Pour oil 1/2 inch deep in a large, heavy skillet. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
Fry patties, flipping to fry them on both sides, until they are golden brown. Serve hot.

1.Cut chicken into small cubes. Thinly slice onions.
鶏肉を小さい立方体に切る。玉ねぎを薄切りにする。
2.Place the (A) in pot, bring to a boil. When the chicken heated through, add onions, and boil.
鍋に(A)を入れて煮る。鶏肉に火が通ったら玉ねぎを加えて煮る。
3.When the onions have softened, pour in mixed egg.
玉ねぎがやわらかくなったら、混ぜた卵を流し入れる。
4.While egg is still soft, remove from heat.
卵がまだやわらかい間に、火から離す。
5.Put rice into the individual donburi bowl, place the (4) on the top of rice, and garnish with seaweed. A little rice is a good amount for a serving.
どんぶりにご飯をのせて、(4)をご飯の上にのせて、のりを飾る。少なめのご飯が食事を出すときにちょうどよい量。

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (ごま 小さじ1杯)
1 tablespoon soy sauce (しょうゆ 小さじ1杯)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (コーンスターチ 小さじ1杯)
2 cloves garlic, minced (ニンニク 2かけ、みじん切りにする)
1 pound beef round steak, cut into thin strips (牛肉 450g、細切りにする)

3/4 cup water (水 3/4カップ)
2 tablespoons soy sauce (しょうゆ 小さじ2杯)
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch (コーンスターチ 小さじ2杯半)
1/2 teaspoon white sugar (砂糖 小さじ1杯半)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (一味唐辛子 小さじ1杯)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided (植物油 小さじ2杯、2つに分けておく)
2 carrots, thinly sliced (にんじん 2本、薄切りにする)
1 bunch green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces (わけぎ 1束、5センチ幅に切る)



(作り方)

1 In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast sesame seeds for 1 to2 minutes, or until the seeds begin to turn golden brown; set aside.

2 In a medium bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, and minced garlic. Stir in beef strips. Let stand for at least 10 minutes.

3 In a separate small bowl, mix together water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch, sugar, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes; set aside.

Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
