potato croquettes

材料
4 cups mashed potatoes マッシュポテト４カップ
2 eggs 卵２個
2 tablespoons dried parsley パセリ大さじ２
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese ロマーノチーズ1/2
salt and pepper to taste 塩、こしょう適量
2 tablespoons imitation bacon bits ベーコン２枚
1 teaspoon dried onion flakes 　玉ねぎ剥片大さじ２
1 cup Italian-style dried bread crumbs パン粉１カップ
1 quart vegetable oil for deep frying 植物油1/4

作り方
In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, parsley, cheese, salt and pepper, bacon bits and onion flakes.
Form mixture into patties, and dredge patties in the breadcrumbs.
Pour oil 1/2 inch deep in a large, heavy skillet. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
Fry patties, flipping to fry them on both sides, until they are golden brown. Serve hot.

大きいボールでは、潰されたじゃがいも、卵、パセリ、チーズ、塩、コショウ、みじん切りベーコン、たまねぎ剥片を混ぜる。 混合物でパテを作り、パン粉の中にパテを浚渫する。
大きくて、重いフライパンの深さ1/2の油を注ぐ。 やや強めの中火の上で油をあたためる。 両側にそれらを揚げるためにそれらがきつね色になるまでひっくりかえして、揚げてる。
