    I guess the dumplings are 上海生煎包^^ You could call them Shanghai Fried (Soup) Dumplings. (Xiaolongbao is called Soup Dumplings!) I've never tried soup dumplings. Which do you like better, the usual soup dumplings or the fried dumplings?
